Personal Statement:
I am Hartono. I was born in a big population country which most religion is Muslim (more than 80%) and various ethnics as a double minority; Chinese ethnic and Catholic religion. After I got my medical doctor degree, I was accepted in Central Army Hospital in Intensive Care Unit.
When I joined some courses after finished the courses, most of the Course director asked me to be an instructor and some also as course director, such as Primary Trauma Care (from UK), Basic Course (from Asia-Pacific), Total Nutrition Therapy (from USA), Life Long Learning (Europe) and others.
While enjoying my hobby as a bridge player, they choose me as the General Secretary of Indonesian Contract Bridge Association even I was chosen as Competition Manager in ASIAN GAMES 2018.
When I passed the final comprehensive exam in getting my Doctor of Philosophy in Clinical Counselling, they asked me to be the representative of Ph.D. foreign graduated students. I am just learning and doing by heart every event or job given to me I have a motto:
The place or organization where I am there, will be better
and more well-known because of me
I have patience and effort in every job.
Now I am retired but still have capability to do mere for human being. Here in ICP where there is an opportunity to do more for human, by learning, discusses and working together with all the members.
I hope be able to join and involve more in the ICP, especially if I am blessed to be chosen as one of the board member.
